Probiotic-Rich Coleslaw

    Servings: 5-6 cups

    Ingredients:

• 2 heaping tbsp of Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cabbage, shredded
• 1 large carrot, shredded

• 2 green onions, chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
•Combine all the ingredients and give it a good stir!
• Enjoy!


Pro-Tip: Use a mandolin to cut your shredding time to nearly minutes!
