This nutrition counseling program is meant to provide you with education and with practical application strategies so that you never have to diet or restrict yourself again. You will learn how to sustain yourself to maximize your energy levels, maintain a healthy weight, and perform optimally physically and mentally. By learning what, how much, when, and how to mindfully eat, you will never have to struggle with dieting again.
Through weekly check-ins, we will discuss your progress and hone in on resistance points that you may come across. Eventually, you will gain the knowledge and know-how to nourish yourself sustainably for a lifetime.
